Sunset Lapa
Set on a majestic hillside with matchless views of our African sunset, the Sunset Lapa is a heavenly place to enjoy South Africa’s rich tradition of wine and cuisine. The stone walls of the Sunset Lapa have been culled directly from Inkwenkwezi’s native geology, and harmonize beautifully with its traditional thatched roof. An informal lounge area houses a stock of books and games, so there’s always a good excuse to curl up next to the cozy indoor fireplace or the open-air firepit for conversation.
This restaurant is situated at our accommodation lodge and is where the in-house guests enjoy their meals.

On walking into the Emthombeni Restaurant , you take on an African feel and become one with the enchanting gardens once the big doors have been pushed back . The Emthombeni Restaurant offers an elegant , authentically African dining experience where our kitchen will cater to your requirements and where we use only the finest and freshest ingredients.
Savour an epicurean buffet style meal , where more than generous portions are served amid the sumptuous ambiance of high , thatched roofs and rich stone flooring , or move out onto the elevated timber viewing deck to dine over a swath of the Indian Ocean and the African Bush.
This restaurant is at our main day center and can be booked any day of the week for private functions, events & conferences.

Sunday Buffet Lunch at Emthombeni Restaurant
Join us for a family getaway from the busy town rush and enjoy a home-based cooked lunch. Choose from an extensive selection of our gourmet delights , and then settle in to appreciate the scenery from our expansive dining deck. A full buffet menu is served at our Emthombeni Restaurant. Enjoy the tranquility and the scenery from the deck that overlooks the reserve. Served from 12h00 to 14h00 every Sunday.
